Safety Policy


The Policy of SAKAERONAVIGATSIA, Ltd in the sphere of flight safety was approved by Director’s Order No.110 dated 13.06.2007.

Improving current Safety performance is our first priority in SAKAERONAVIGATSIA. Our objective is to minimize the ATM contribution to the risk of an aircraft incident or accident through the establishment of a formalized, explicit and proactive safety management system.

We are committed to clearly define for all staff their accountabilities and responsibilities for the provision of safe services. All levels of line management are accountable for our safety performance, starting with Director.

We will ensure that all staff is provided with adequate and appropriate training, are competent and only allocated tasks that are commensurate with their skills.

We will ensure that the application of an effective ATM safety management system is an integral part of our activities and procedure with the objective of achieving clearly defined levels of safety.

All risks will be adequately assessed and controlled so that the ATM contribution to incidents and accidents is as low as practicably possible.

We will ensure that externally supplied services that impact upon the safety of our operations meet appropriate safety standards.

We will support a non-punitive reporting system in which all occurrences are reported, investigated and recorded.

We will perform systematic monitoring and surveys in order to provide safety assurance for the steady state of the ATM System. We will document all safety activities in a systematic manner.

We will ensure that all staff is encouraged to propose solutions to identified hazards, and changes are made to improve safety where they appear needed.
