Observers play an important role in safety of air traffic. “Sakaeronavigatsia” Ltd provides services for foreign aircrafts’ crew; therefore the focus is directed towards the knowledge of English language of observers. For the purposes observers did special trainings periodically. The previous management of the organization performed such training in Czech Republic. From our point of view training of observers would be more effective in English spoken countries. So observers will be sent to Great Britain in the famous center of Europe in the future. Essential steps will be taken towards professional training of observers. Some groups will be sent to appropriate European centers.
One of the main achievements of “Sakaeronavigatsia” Ltd is the formation of Georgian-English training center that is in accordance with international standards. The center has the rooms for training and independent work where foreign specialists train observers and personnel. Training center was created on the basis of Georgian- English program by the support and initiative of “Sakaeronavigatsia” Ltd. The center meets the requirement of company’s personnel and in the future it will become regional training center for caucuses region and Asia.
In 2006 the contract was concluded between Georgian air navigation and Rugby Association of Georgia according to which Georgian air navigation logo is put on players’ uniforms, web-site and various publishing materials dedicated to Georgian rugby.
The representatives of Rugby Association of Georgia are convinced that the strong support from the side of Georgian air navigation will increase the prestige of Georgian rugby and help popularization of healthy life-style among the youth in the future. Mr. Bruis Kuck the manager of rugby development international committee stated that this cooperation will improve the image of rugby in the world and assist increase of financing for IRB side. Moreover, Mr. Jan Clod Baku the president of Rugby Association of Europe praised the initiative and expresses his personal support towards the head of supervisory board of “Sakaeronavigatsia” Ltd -Mr. Giorgi Karbelashvili.
